Food Vendor County Permit App

Please note that a Food Service Permit is required by Pima County. The Guidelines and Application for this permit are enclosed.  The address for submitting your Food Service Permit Application and price for the Permit are noted on the application. Please Do Not send it to us!

The completed Application form, the signed Hold Harmless Agreement and your Proof of Insurance should be mailed to Pam Humphrey at the address below.  Your check should be made payable to Tucson Celtic Festival Association.
