We are looking for you!  

Volunteers needed! The Tucson Celtic Festival is fast approaching.
Will you lend a hand

 

 

Festivals set up days are October 30th and 31st 2008.  This 2˝ day Festival takes a whole
year to plan and organize in order to bring this unique cultural event weekend to Tucson.
In the final planning days your help is most needed. Do you want a chance to do something
for our community and have fun at the same time? Sure you do!


 Anyone needing community service credits are welcome to help, we have the documentation you need and a fun way to earn your credits. We are in need of a small army of responsible, respectful, flexible, fun-loving, get-it-done kind of Volunteers.


The benefits of volunteering are:

  • FREE admission to the festival

  • FREE festival volunteer t-shirt

  • Meet new people & form new connections

  • Immerse yourself in Celtic Culture

    (Students fulfill community service time requirements)

TCFA Requirements are:

Ok, jump in and Volunteer.  

1)  Fill out TCFA Volunteer Application and specify your  availability & areas
      of interest.
2) Sign the Hold Harmless Agreement

Help is needed & not limited to the following:

  • Set-up and Break down— JOAT (Jack of all Trades)
  • Setting up tables and chairs
  • Strong individuals with tools needed to help install -- stages –                                                          tents fencing for sheep … yes we have SHEEP
  • Transport (experience with golf cart necessary)
  • Information & Assistance
  • Parking Lot Attendants, Ticketing & Wristbands, Trash & Recycling Detail
  • Children’s/Music/Dance/Athletics/Vendor Areas
